NewTower is led by an experienced Board of Directors that includes a majority of independent directors, together with senior officers of NewTower, Bentall Kennedy, and Landon Butler & Company.

NewTower Directors possess integrity, technical competence, character and experience in the financial services industry and are obligated to act in the best interest of NewTower.  The directors exercise objective judgment in accordance with their fiduciary duties.
