Mission & History

NewTower Trust Company began operations as a state-chartered trust company in 2005. At the time of its formation, NewTower’s senior management team was comprised of experienced bank officers who provided trust services for NewTower’s primary product, the Multi-Employer Property Trust (MEPT), for the previous 14 years.

Since its launch, NewTower has added professionals with extensive experience in real estate, bank operations, valuation, accounting, and investment. It has continuously upgraded and improved processes and procedures, expanded analytic and research capacities, and invested heavily in new technology infrastructure to enable it to better serve its institutional clients and their beneficiaries.

NewTower’s mission is to bring industry-leading knowledge of real estate and real asset investing to the provision of investment management and trustee services for institutional clients. Acting with prudence and care, NewTower fulfills its duties solely in the interests of its investors and their beneficiaries.
