Barry P. Faulkner is Executive Vice President, Portfolio Analytics and Vice Chairman of the Trust Real Estate Investment Committee. He is responsible for reviewing fund performance and competitive positioning. Mr. Faulkner has over fifteen years of experience in delivering financial and operational solutions to national real estate companies and institutions. Prior to joining NewTower, he led both Booz Allen Hamilton and Ernst & Young teams, providing REITs, pension advisors, Fortune 500 companies and federal government agencies real estate consulting services surrounding financial and operational issues. He was also an executive at SiteStuff, an eProcurement company for property managers financed by international real estate services companies. Mr. Faulkner has an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and an A.B. degree Magna Cum Laude from Bowdoin College, and holds the CRE (The Counselors of Real Estate) designation. He is also a member of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) chairing the Portfolio Management Committee and a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA).
