Greg Werner is Senior Vice President and Senior Director at NewTower Valuation Services LLC. His responsibilities include review of appraisals and valuation memoranda, preparation of financial analysis (ARGUS) and performance metrics, and market research. He has over 25 years of valuation, consulting, and appraisal review experience involving a wide variety of residential and commercial properties throughout the United States and Canada. This experience includes the valuation of investment-grade office, industrial, retail, and multi-family developments, as well as special purpose properties. Prior to joining NewTower and Kennedy, Mr. Werner was Managing Director at CB Richard Ellis, Inc. He also spent over 10 years with Bank of America as Vice President, Consultant, and Senior Appraiser. Prior to Bank of America, he was a Senior Appraiser with Lyon, Skelte & Spiers, Inc. and Joseph Blake & Associates. Mr. Werner has a Bachelor’s Degree from San Francisco State University and has been awarded the MAI designation by the Appraisal Institute.
