Matthew B. Plewe joined NewTower in 2008 as Assistant Vice President of Real Estate Valuation. Based in the Seattle office, he is responsible for valuation process efficiency, review of appraisals, market research, asset and portfolio performance metrics, and other financial analysis. Prior to joining NewTower, Mr. Plewe performed appraisal services as a general certified appraiser at PGP Valuation Inc. (now Colliers) for four years. He brings significant experience in valuation and market research of commercial real estate throughout the U.S., including single property and portfolio appraisals on a wide range and scale of property types (Retail, Office, Industrial, Commercial Land, and Golf Course properties). Mr. Plewe received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree from Brigham Young University in 2004, with an Entrepreneurship Emphasis. Mr. Plewe is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute working towards the MAI membership designation awarded by the Appraisal Institute.
